我們採用 PAYUNi (統一金流) 系統，支援：信用卡一次付清、虛擬帳號 ATM、以及 7-11 ibon 代碼繳費。
We utilize the PAYUNi system, supporting: Credit Card, Virtual ATM, and 7-11 ibon code payment.
Q2：下單後需在多久內完成付款？
How soon must I complete the payment?
為確保庫存優先配給，虛擬帳號與超商代碼繳費請於 24 小時內完成付款。逾期系統將自動取消訂單。
Please complete ATM or CVS payments within 24 hours. Otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Q3：運費如何計算？有免運優惠嗎？
How is the shipping fee calculated?

7-11 門市取貨： 運費 $60 TWD。

黑貓宅急便： 運費 $120 TWD。

免運優惠：全館消費滿 $1,000 TWD 即享免運禮遇。

Q4：下單後多久可以收到產品？
When will I receive my products?
確認付款後，我們將於 1-3 個工作天內出貨（不含例假日）。出貨後約 1-3 天抵達。
Orders ship within 1-3 business days after payment. Delivery takes approximately 1-3 days.

Q5：請問會員分級與優惠有哪些？
What are the membership tiers and benefits?
我們提供以下終身制尊榮等級（達成門檻即可晉升）：
We offer the following lifetime tiers:

晨星會員 (Morning Star)： 累計/單次滿 $3,000，享全館商品 9 折。
Spend $3,000 to get a 10% discount. -

Spend $5,000 to get a 20% discount, Birthday Bonus, and Exclusive Gifts.
Q6：會員優惠可以與促銷活動併用嗎？
Can membership discounts be used with other promotions?
為維護品牌服務標準，會員折扣與官網其他促銷活動（如限時折扣碼、特惠組）不可同時併用。
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.

Q7：產品拆封後可以退貨嗎？
Can I return the product after opening it?
依消保法提供 7 天鑑賞期，但鑑賞期非試用期。產品一經拆封（含外層封口膜損壞）恕不接受退換貨。
Returns are not accepted once the product is opened (including damaged seals).
Q8：在其他平台買到的 FŌVIΛ 產品有售後嗎？
Is there a guarantee for products from unauthorized channels?
