Q1：請問有哪些付款方式？
What payment methods are available?

我們採用 PAYUNi（統一金流）系統，支援：信用卡一次付清、虛擬帳號 ATM，以及 7-11 ibon 代碼繳費。
We use the PAYUNi system, supporting credit card, virtual ATM account, and 7-11 ibon code payment.

Q2：下單後需在多久內完成付款？
How soon must I complete the payment?

虛擬帳號與超商代碼繳費，請於 24 小時內完成付款，逾期系統將自動取消訂單。
Please complete ATM or CVS payments within 24 hours. Otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Q3：運費如何計算？有免運優惠嗎？
How is the shipping fee calculated?

7-11 門市取貨：運費 $60 TWD
黑貓宅急便：運費 $120 TWD
免運優惠：全館消費滿 $1,000 TWD 即享免運。
7-11 Pickup: $60 TWD / Black Cat Express: $120 TWD / Free shipping on orders over $1,000 TWD.

Q4：下單後多久可以收到產品？
When will I receive my products?

確認付款後，我們將於 1–3 個工作天內出貨（不含例假日），出貨後約 1–3 天抵達。
Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery takes approximately 1–3 days.

Q5：洗卸凝萃和精華要怎麼搭配使用？
How should I use the cleanser and serum together?

晚上先用純淨蜜絲洗卸凝萃，手乾臉乾取適量按摩，讓彩妝溶解後以溫水洗淨；接著取適量泌透煥采精華均勻塗抹全臉。早上可以只用清水或少量洗卸凝萃清潔，再擦精華，白天記得搭配防曬。
In the evening, massage the cleanser onto dry skin to dissolve makeup, then rinse with warm water, and apply the serum. In the morning, cleanse with water or a small amount of cleanser, then apply the serum and sunscreen.

Q6：第一次使用，要注意什麼？
Anything to note for first-time use?

建議先在耳後或手臂內側小範圍試用；如有不適，請停止使用。想先用小份量體驗，也可以從 NT$349 的初光雙萃體驗組開始。
We recommend a patch test behind the ear or on the inner arm first. Discontinue use if discomfort occurs. You may also start with our NT$349 First Glow Duo trial set.

Q7：請問會員分級與優惠有哪些？
What are the membership tiers and benefits?

我們提供以下終身制會員等級，達成門檻即可晉升：
We offer the following lifetime tiers:

晨星會員（Morning Star）：累計或單次消費滿 $3,000，享全館商品 9 折。
Spend $3,000 to enjoy 10% off all products.
恆星會員（Fixed Star）：累計或單次消費滿 $5,000，享全館商品 8 折、生日禮遇及不定期專屬贈禮。
Spend $5,000 to enjoy 20% off all products, a birthday bonus and exclusive gifts.

會員折扣適用全館商品，包含體驗組、組合系列及聯名商品。
Member discounts apply to all products, including trial sets, ritual sets and co-branded products.

Q8：會員優惠可以與促銷活動併用嗎？
Can membership discounts be used with other promotions?

會員折扣不可與官網其他促銷活動（如限時特惠、折扣碼）同時併用。
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes.

【 售後與保障｜Returns & Protection 】

Q9：產品拆封後可以退貨嗎？
Can I return the product after opening it?

可以。在官網購買的正貨商品，享有「30 天適膚承諾」：收到商品次日起 30 天內，用了覺得不適合，即使已拆封也能申請退貨（需保留原容量三分之二以上）。初光雙萃體驗組及聯名商品不適用 30 天適膚承諾，未拆封者仍享七天鑑賞期。
Yes. Full-size products purchased on our official website are covered by the 30-Day Skin Fit Promise: within 30 days of receipt, you may request a return even after opening if the product does not suit your skin (at least two-thirds must remain). The trial set and co-branded products are excluded, but unopened items remain eligible within the 7-day appreciation period.

Q10：要怎麼申請 30 天適膚承諾？
How do I apply for the 30-Day Skin Fit Promise?

請加入官方 LINE @fovia_tw，提供訂單編號，並告訴我們不適合的原因。客服確認後會告知寄回方式，收到退回商品後為你辦理退款。寄回運費由顧客負擔，每筆訂單可申請一次。
Add our official LINE @fovia_tw, provide your order number and tell us why the product didn't suit you. We will guide you through the return and process your refund upon receipt. Return shipping is borne by the customer; one return per order.

Q11：收到商品有破損或漏液怎麼辦？
What if my product arrives damaged or leaking?

請於收到商品後 3 日內拍照或錄影，並透過官方 LINE 與我們聯繫。經確認為瑕疵商品，換貨的往返運費由我們全額負擔。
Please take photos or videos within 3 days of receipt and contact our official LINE. Once confirmed, we will cover all round-trip shipping costs for the exchange.

Q12：在其他平台買到的 FŌVIΛ 產品有售後嗎？
Is there after-sales service for products from other channels?

FŌVIΛ 的官方銷售通路為本官網及本公司正式授權之通路（如 momo 購物網官方賣場）。凡透過未經授權的通路購買，金皙國際有限公司不提供任何售後保障。
FŌVIΛ products are officially sold on this website and through authorized channels (e.g., our official momo store). No after-sales service is provided for products purchased from unauthorized channels.
