一、 七天鑑賞期說明 (7-Day Appreciation Period)
根據《消費者保護法》，本網站提供自簽收日起算之 7 天鑑賞期。
According to the Consumer Protection Act, we provide a 7-day appreciation period starting from the date of receipt.

鑑賞期非試用期： 由於保養品屬個人衛生消耗品，為確保產品純粹性與安全性，產品一經拆封（含外層塑膠封口膜損壞或移除）即視為已使用，恕不接受退換貨。
The appreciation period is not a trial period. As skincare products are personal hygiene items, returns or exchanges will not be accepted once the product is opened (including damaged or removed plastic seals/films). -
退回條件： 退回之商品必須為全新狀態且包裝完整（含產品瓶身、外盒、贈品及隨附文件）。
Returned items must be in brand new condition with complete packaging (including bottle, box, gifts, and all accompanying documents).
二、 瑕疵與損壞處理 (Defective or Damaged Items)
我們對產品包裝有極高要求，若因物流過程導致以下情形，我們將第一時間為您處理：
We maintain high standards for packaging. If any of the following occur during transit, we will assist you immediately:

處理流程： 若收到產品有毀損、漏液或品項不符，請於 3 日內拍攝清晰照片/影片，並透過官方 LINE 客服聯繫。
If the product is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please take clear photos/videos and contact our official LINE service within 3 days. -
物流費用： 經確認為瑕疵商品，換貨之往返運費將由本公司全額負擔。
Once confirmed as a defect, the Company will cover all round-trip shipping costs for the exchange.
三、 退款作業流程 (Refund Process)
