一、 付款說明 (Payment Methods)

本站交易受銀行級 SSL 加密保護，您可以安心選擇以下付款方式：
Our transactions are protected by bank-level SSL encryption. You may choose from the following payment options:

• 信用卡線上支付 (Credit Card)： 支援 VISA / MasterCard / JCB。

• 虛擬帳號 ATM (Virtual Account)： 取得帳號後請於 24 小時內完成轉帳，逾期訂單將自動取消。
  Please complete the transfer within 24 hours after receiving the account number. Otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled.

• 超商代碼繳費 (CVS Code)： 請於 24 小時內至全台 7-11 ibon 完成繳費。
  Please complete the payment at any 7-11 ibon within 24 hours.

二、 物流與配送 (Shipping & Delivery)

確認付款後，我們將於 1-3 個工作天內為您出貨：
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation:

• 7-11 門市取貨 (7-11 Pickup)： 運費 $60 TWD，約 2-3 天抵達指定門市。
  Shipping fee is $60 TWD. Delivery takes approximately 2-3 days to the designated store.

• 黑貓宅急便 (Black Cat Express)： 運費 $120 TWD，提供穩定快速的到府服務。
  Shipping fee is $120 TWD, providing reliable and fast home delivery service.

• 免運禮遇 (Free Shipping)：全館消費滿 $1,000 TWD 即享免運費優惠。 
  Free shipping on all orders over $1,000 TWD.

三、 鑑賞期與退換貨 (Returns & Refunds)

依據《消費者保護法》，本站提供 7 天鑑賞期（自簽收日起算）：
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, we offer a 7-day appreciation period (starting from the date of receipt):

• 拆封限制 (Sealed Products)： 保養品屬個人衛生用品，產品一經拆封（含塑膠封口膜）即不接受退換貨。
  Skincare products are personal hygiene items. Returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been opened (including the removal of the plastic seal/film).

• 瑕疵處理 (Defective Items)： 若收到包裹發現破損，請於 3 日內拍照並聯繫官方 LINE 客服。
  If you receive a damaged package, please take photos and contact our official LINE customer service within 3 days.

• 退款流程 (Refund Process)： 經確認符合資格，款項將由 PAYUNi 原路退回或轉入指定帳戶。
  Once confirmed, refunds will be processed via PAYUNi to the original payment method or a designated bank account.
