二、 物流與配送 (Shipping & Delivery)

確認付款後，我們將於 1-3 個工作天內為您出貨：
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation:

• 7-11 門市取貨 (7-11 Pickup)：運費 $60 TWD，約 2-3 天抵達指定門市。
  Shipping fee is $60 TWD. Delivery takes approximately 2-3 days to the designated store.

• 黑貓宅急便 (Black Cat Express)：運費 $120 TWD，提供穩定快速的到府服務。
  Shipping fee is $120 TWD, providing reliable and fast home delivery service.

• 免運禮遇 (Free Shipping)：全館消費滿 $1,000 TWD 即享免運費優惠。
  Free shipping on all orders over $1,000 TWD.

三、 鑑賞期與退換貨 (Returns & Refunds)

依據《消費者保護法》，本站提供 7 天鑑賞期（自收到商品次日起算）：
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, we offer a 7-day appreciation period (starting from the day after receipt):

• 鑑賞期退貨 (Unopened Items)：依鑑賞期辦理退貨之商品，須為全新未拆封狀態（含外層封膜完整）。
  Returns under the appreciation period must be unopened with intact seals.

• 30 天適膚承諾 (30-Day Skin Fit Promise)：官網購買的正貨商品，收到後 30 天內用了覺得不適合，即使已拆封也能申請退貨（需保留原容量三分之二以上；初光雙萃體驗組與聯名商品不適用）。詳見「售後與常見問題」。
  For full-size products purchased on our official website, you may request a return within 30 days even after opening, if the product does not suit your skin (at least two-thirds must remain; the trial set and co-branded products are excluded). See our After-Sales Service Policy for details.

• 瑕疵處理 (Defective Items)：若收到包裹發現破損，請於 3 日內拍照並聯繫官方 LINE 客服。
  If you receive a damaged package, please take photos and contact our official LINE customer service within 3 days.

• 退款流程 (Refund Process)：經確認符合資格，款項將由 PAYUNi 原路退回或轉入指定帳戶。
